In  2001, John Haman became a client of Northwestern Mutual after reading in a popular personal finance book that it was the finest company in the financial services industry.  Little did he know that this was the first step towards a wonderful career as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual.

John Haman was recruited out of his professional writing career to join Northwestern Mutual as a full-time financial representative in April 2004, and went on to earn membership in the Million Dollar Round Table in his second, third and fifth full years in the business. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and also a member of NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. John Haman finished in the top 50 members of his national recruiting class at Northwestern Mutual twice in his first four years.

 In 2010, John Haman became the Disability Income Specialist for the Meeks Financial Group, covering portions of Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
